Foodie Lovers Oaxaca, arises from the desire to make our culture, gastronomy and crafts known to the whole world, since it is the basis of our society, the warmth of our people is felt since you walk through the streets of the city, you hear in the distance the sound of the palms of the hands, in two friends who meet and hug each other, slapping on the back, even that same sound of the palms of a lady who is making corn tortillas , and knead them with the palms of his hands before putting them on the comal.

Those Mezcal drinks at the end of the day, or to celebrate, a simple meeting in the calendas, an afternoon of coffee in the historic center of the city, get to know it, know its secrets, discover it and rediscover it through a drink of chocolate or a tlayuda, smell it in the coffee beans, feel it in the handicrafts, bring you something from Oaxaca, an aroma, a memory, a sigh.

This is what we offer in Foodie Lovers Oaxaca, to take you a piece of history, the experience of having known mythical places, stories and flavors that you will not find anywhere else in the world.We will take you through the mezcal route, you will know the whole process by which this drink originates, from the distillation of the maguey, to its labeling, and of course, you will taste its unique flavor.

You will learn the cuisine of our ancestors, you will learn the secret of our recipes that have been passed down so jealously from generation to generation through the centuries. We are a project that works together with local producers to enhance our roots and give back a little of the much they have given us by sharing their culture and thus falling in love with Oaxaca to take a piece of its history.
